Booking requests
Choosing a date and time online sends us a request. It is not a confirmed appointment until we confirm it with you by phone, text, or email. We may need to suggest a different time because of weather, travel, or scheduling.
Prices and quotes
Prices posted on this site are starting prices. The final price depends on what we find on site, including the chimney’s type, height, condition, access, and any repairs needed. We will explain any additional work and its price before we do it, and nothing beyond the agreed service starts without your OK.
Photos you upload
When you send us a photo, you confirm you have the right to share it. We use it only to understand your chimney, prepare a quote, and keep a record of your request. We won’t publish it without your permission.
